Chromoly. Seat bracket is investment cast steel the frame pivot is made of black electroplated 4130 chromoly steel. Fits mounting studs on most solo seats. The pivot bracket is unfinished so it can be welded to the backbone of the frame without special preparation. An included grade-8 allen cap shoulder bolt threads into the opposite side of the bracket creating an efficient and durable hinge pin. UNIV.
