RCM (Rubber Coated Metal). Late model seal plate as replacement for the early OEM O-ring for improved sealing. OEM replacement reference 25416-99 25416-99A 25416-99B (O-ring) 25416-99C (seal plate). James RCM gaskets consists of a .020" thick stainless spring steel base covered with a .001" thick heat resistant Viton rubber on both sides. A very strong gasket which requires no re-torquing.
